Here are 6 product updates we’ve shipped in December:

AI-powered thematic analysis: We introduced our new AI-powered thematic analysis last week! Our new thematic analysis uses our purpose-trained AI to detect patterns and categorize your data into clusters, making it easy to see the main themes within your research.

See findings in the individual response table: We’re continuing to make it easier to quickly browse through many responses, and see which findings are associated with each. You can now see any findings a response is associated with directly in the individual response table.

Exclude participants from your results: If you receive responses to your study that you would like to exclude from your results, you can do so using the Exclude from results switch. You can find this control at the top of the transcript page for each individual response:
When you exclude a response from your results, this responses will not be included in any data shown in the Results tab, including any AI-generated findings, charts in Rate or Choose blocks, or stats in Prototype tasks.
You can easily see any responses that you've excluded from results directly in the Individual responses table. Any responses that's been excluded will be marked as such:

Get notified of changes to your studies via email: You’ll now start receiving emails notifying you of key changes to your studies, such as when:
1. When you receive the first response to your study.
2. When your study is marked as completed.
3. When the AI-generated findings for your study have finished generating.

Usability improvements: We’ve continue to ship smaller quality-of-life updates across our web platform to make it load faster and be easier to use.
Platform-wide stability improvements and bug fixes: We’ve made numerous under-the-hood improvements to enhance the stability and reliability of the platform, ensuring a smoother experience all around.
