More control of the participant experience

Change the user input method for Rate and Choose blocks: Decide if you want the default user input method for Rate and Choose blocks to be voice recording or text input.

Preview specific steps of your study: When you click the full-window preview in the study builder, you will now be able to preview each block individually, making it easier to understand what each step will look like.

Copy quotes quickly with a new copy button: Need to grab a quote? We’ve added a quick copy button to make this process faster and more seamless.

See response attributes for each individual response: Now you can view detailed attributes for each response, such as device type and OS, giving you deeper insights into your data.‍
Added progress status to the individual results table: You can now view each participant’s completion status at a glance, making it easier to identify fully completed responses.

See studies from across your organization on your dashboard: Your dashboard just got a major upgrade—you can now view studies from your entire organization, keeping you in the loop with all ongoing research.
Shorter loading times: We’ve improved the loading times for study results pages for studies with large amounts of responses collected.
Add labels to rate block results: Labels have been added to the Rate block results, making it easier to categorize and understand your data at a glance.
Clearer error messages across study creation and in the study experience: We've improved our error messages to be more informative and easier to understand, helping you troubleshoot issues more effectively.
An updated UI for integration pages in your account: The integration pages have received a fresh new look, making it simpler to manage your connected tools and services.
An updated UI for study results and account pages: We’ve given the study results and account pages a facelift, so reviewing your findings and managing your account settings is now more intuitive.

Platform-wide stability improvements and bug fixes: We’ve made numerous under-the-hood improvements to enhance the stability and reliability of the platform, ensuring a smoother experience all around.
