To make it easier to gather the feedback you need from your participants, Message, Rate, Choose, Live Website Test and Explore blocks now all support uploading an image or video. When building your study, simply upload the stimuli you'd like your participants to view, and gather their feedback in the form of rating-scale questions, multi or single-choice questions, or gather open-ended text and voice responses:
Images or video stimuli you add in these blocks will appear to the participant underneath the main block question, and is supported on studies distributed both in-product, via a link or to our global panel.
By combining multiple blocks with image or video stimuli, you can now test multiple stimuli within a single study, enabling things like comparative testing of different product concepts. Here are a few moreways our beta testers have been using visual stimuli in their studies:
Quickly refining ads : Marketing teams have tested different video advertisements paired with rating-scale questions, rapidly identifying the most impactful messages. This helps teams iterate on messages faster and launch more effective campaigns.Test product concepts : Product teams are showing participants images of new product concepts they are exploring, helping them quickly validate what their users think of new product ideas and concepts. Sharpening brand messaging : Brand strategists are using visuals to validate promotional materials against consumer expectations, enabling precise refinement of their messaging.Improve product explainer videos : Product teams use video stimuli to capture feedback on how to improve product explainer videos, helping them improve their onboarding. Image and video stimuli are supported in Message, Rate, Choose, Live Website Test and Explore blocks on all plans starting today.
